Senior Microsoft Solution Architect – Tenant Migration, 5 months in Central Jutland, Denmark (onsite preferred) Ansøgningsfrist: 14 Oct, 2026 Placering: Jylland We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Solution Architect to take a leading role in a Microsoft tenant-to-tenant migration within a large international organization. The assignment focuses on Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Business Central, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with a target completion date of 1 April 2027. Infrastructure services such as SharePoint and email are handled by a separate project team. The consultant will be expected to drive and coordinate the workstreams related to: Architecture leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards. Coordination of change impacts, governance, responsibilities, and decision authority (DOA). Project Management, including migration planning, testing, stakeholder coordination and alignment with the separate infrastructure migration project. Microsoft tenant-to-tenant migration, with specific focus on Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), Business Central, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Assessment and management of technical dependencies and integrations across the Microsoft platform. Security assessment and support, including access rights and roles. License evaluation and migration considerations, including clarification of responsibilities between internal teams, external partners and Microsoft. Close collaboration with relevant application specialists and business and IT stakeholders. We are looking for a senior profile with strong experience in Microsoft tenant migrations, enterprise architecture, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, security and integration management. Previous experience leading similar tenant-to-tenant migrations is essential. Experience from large, complex enterprise environments with multiple business applications, integrations and stakeholders is highly preferred. The consultant should combine strong architecture expertise with project management capabilities and be able to proactively manage risks and dependencies.
