Accuro is looking for highly experienced freelance specialists within Enterprise Networking for long-term opportunities supporting large enterprise customers in Denmark.
Our client has a significant and ongoing demand for senior network expertise across a small number of large and complex enterprise environments.
We are therefore looking for Network Architects, Principal Network Consultants, Senior Network Advisors and Lead Network Engineers with the experience and technical depth to take on demanding customer-facing assignments.
For the right profile, opportunities may cover architecture, advisory, transformation, implementation, migration and optimisation of critical enterprise network infrastructure.
We are exclusively looking for experienced specialists who can operate independently at senior, lead, principal or architect level.
Areas of expertise

- Cisco Enterprise & Core Networking
- Cisco ACI
- Cisco Catalyst Center / DNA Center

- Enterprise Routing & Switching
- BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and IS-IS

- High Availability and resilient network architecture
- Network transformation and migration
- Enterprise connectivity and infrastructure design
Network Automation
Strong experience with network automation is highly relevant, including:
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Python
- API-based network automation
- Infrastructure as Code
- Automated configuration and deployment
The profile
Typical profiles will have 10+ years of relevant professional experience and a substantial track record from large and complex enterprise environments.
You should be comfortable taking responsibility for:
- Enterprise network architecture and solution design
- End-to-end technical ownership
- Large-scale network transformations and migrations
- Data centre and core network design
- WAN and SD-WAN architecture
- Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Technical governance and design reviews
- Acting as technical lead or trusted advisor
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Customer-facing technical advisory
- Working directly with large enterprise end customers
- Documentation and operational handover
Experience from managed services, IT outsourcing, large international organisations, regulated industries or other business-critical environments is particularly relevant.
Certifications
Relevant senior-level certifications are highly valued, including:
- Cisco CCNP
- Cisco CCIE
- Equivalent expert-level enterprise networking certifications
Extensive enterprise experience demonstrating an equivalent level of expertise is also relevant.
The opportunities
Our client has a substantial and ongoing requirement for experienced network specialists supporting large enterprise customers in Denmark.
Assignments will typically be long-term freelance engagements, and the right consultants may have opportunities to continue across different projects and enterprise customer environments over time.
Depending on the assignment, there will typically be flexibility regarding hybrid and remote working, combined with on-site presence when required.
