IT/OT Project Manager – Migration Project – 7 Months in Copenhagen/Hybrid Ansøgningsfrist: 28 Sep, 2026 Placering: Copenhagen/Hybrid Drive migration of various systems and infrastructure across design, build, test, deployment, cut-over, and operational handover phases. Coordinate and facilitate workshops, design meetings and implementation activities with various stakeholders. Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, issues, and technical decisions throughout the migration lifecycle. Establish a repeatable migration operating model. We are seeking a technically strong and highly proactive IT/OT Project Manager to lead a bigger migration project from mobilisation and planning through execution and operational handover. The Project Manager will be responsible for establishing early project momentum and maintaining clear ownership of the project scope, technical delivery, milestones, dependencies, risks, budget, and deliverables. The role includes developing a structured and repeatable migration approach for moving applications, services, and supporting infrastructure to approved target environments. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered complex infrastructure and system migrations within enterprise or industrial environments. They possess practical knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity requirements, platform services, system integration, and established IT/OT interaction patterns. The candidate must be able to translate architectural direction into executable migration roadmaps, wave plans, readiness assessments, cutover plans, and operational handover activities. This includes coordinating architects, engineers, Product Owners, platform teams, operational stakeholders, and vendors across design, build, test, deployment, validation, and transition phases. Key profile characteristics / skillset: Proactive project management mindset with ability to work independently Ability to maintain focus on the specific objective and scope of the project Deep technical understanding, and practical experience with, IT/OT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity requirements Experience with migration of systems, ideally in an IT/OT environment Experience with coordination of architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and operational teams Experience translating conceptual or architectural direction into executable plans Structured approach to scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with many stakeholders Strong communication skills, especially between technical and business stakeholders Practical Information Duration: 05-10-2026 to 07-05-2027. Working hours: 37 hours per week. Work setup: Hybrid setup with minimum 2 days onsite per week.
