All recruitment processes are different, but we have nevertheless tried to list the process to give you an idea on how we match you with relevant projects. We hope that this will give you an overview of the flow that you will be a part of in a potential recruitment process.

This is how we match you with the project

    We find you or you apply

    When we get a new project, we start searching for relevant matches in our database and afterwards on social media, especially LinkedIn. We also check the candidates who have applied online.

    Match against the project

    It is alpha omega that we find the best match. That is why we have a dialogue with you about the project and your skills and experiences in relation to it.

  • 3

    Transmission of your CV

    We work with you on your resume and you will be introduced to Accuro's competency matrix, which lists your skills and experiences in gives an immediate overview of your competencies. This makes you stand out when the client evaluates the candidate field.

  • 4

    Interview

    We take care of everything regarding the interview with the client. This often takes place at the clients. You will hear from us before the interview, where we will help you prepare. If possible, we will join you at the interview.

    Follow up

    If you get assigned to the project, it is important for us that you have a good start, and that you are satisfied. You will therefor hear from us from time to time, where we will follow up on how things are going and how you are doing. You will also hear from us before the project ends, so we, in consultation with you, can start looking for new projects.

    Evaluation

    We always evaluate the project when it is finished - both on the collaboration with Accuro, on the project and on the cooperation with the client. At Accuro, we have a constant focus on improvements, which is why the final evaluation is incredibly important to us.
