What is Test Management?

The Test Manager prepares a detailed test plan as well as the test strategy. This is usually done in collaboration with the management.
It is the Test Managers responsibility to ensure the best possible use of the resources available in the project, including the group of testers responsible for execution and completion of the test itself. It is therefore essential that the Test Manager is a good leader, a skilled communicator and a team player.
