Release Train Engineer – SAFe / Azure DevOps – 3+ Months in Copenhagen/Hybrid Ansøgningsfrist: 03 Sep, 2026 Placering: Copenhagen/Hybrid The role has a focus on supporting the entire programme team including implementation partner in executing an S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion by preparing and facilitating quarterly plannings, build and manage the ADO structure, handle capacity bookings from the existing organisation as well as handling dependencies inside and outside the programme organisation. The RTE will work on both team and programme level, as no scrum masters are assigned from the client side. Key responsibilities: Orchestrating the programme backlog together with the chosen implementation partner Prepare and facilitate quarterly planning sessions Work with the tracks to optimize results, ensure transparent backlogs and help create flow Escalating impediments and managing risks in direct relation to backlog execution Secure timely allocation from the surrounding organisations and business lines Handling potential events and travel arrangements First level approval of hours and travel Requirements: Candidate must be a experienced pragmatic leader with eyes for details and a structured approach with relevant Agile and/or project management certifications in place. 3+ years of proven RTE working experience in a SAFe context Proficient with Azure DevOps, Miro, and agile tools Strong facilitation and servant leadership mindset Extensive experience working with cross-functional and international teams Extensive experience with stakeholder management and organizational change management. Preferred if the candidate has previous experience with SAP / S/4 HANA implementation programmes. Practical Information: Duration: 14-09-2026 - 31-12-2026 with option to extend through H1 2027 and H2 2027. Working hours: 4-5 days per week. Work setup: Hybrid setup with minimum 2 days onsite per week. Remote work can be agreed occasionally, but must be planned and approved as part of the project.
