Senior/Expert Project Manager – Global CRM Transformation – 15 Months in Copenhagen/Onsite (Copenhagen consultants only) Ansøgningsfrist: 11 Aug, 2026 Placering: Copenhagen/Onsite We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support and help drive a global CRM transformation program within a pharmaceutical environment, moving from Veeva CRM to Salesforce. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating the program across internal and external stakeholders and ensuring structured delivery of a complex, international transformation. The consultant will work closely with the appointed Project Leader, the implementation vendor’s Project Manager, and Salesforce, and must be comfortable operating in a multi-vendor setup with both global and offshore delivery teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from similar CRM transformation programs in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, including hands-on project leadership in an international setting. The person should have proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across business, IT, vendors, and regional teams. Key responsibilities include Supporting the planning and execution of the global migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Driving day-to-day project management activities across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting Working in close partnership with the appointed Project Leader Coordinating effectively with the vendor’s Project Manager, Salesforce, and other key delivery partners Ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders in multiple geographies Managing collaboration across regions including the US, China, Japan, and Europe Working effectively with offshore teams and supporting an integrated global delivery model Supporting governance, decision-making, issue resolution, change management, and rollout readiness Helping ensure the program is delivered in accordance with business needs and relevant regulatory/industry expectations within pharma Candidate profile Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large, complex CRM transformation programs Strong knowledge of Salesforce, and preferably experience with Veeva CRM Solid industry background within pharmaceuticals or life sciences Demonstrated experience managing international projects across the US, China, Japan, and Europe Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments involving internal leadership, vendors, software providers, and offshore teams Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment Required skills Planning Global setup Execution Product / Program delivery ownership Project Management Languages English (Proficient) Practical Information Duration: Approx. 15 months Working hours: 60–100% 30 hrs a week Contact: Mario Presutti mep@accuro.dk (+45) 8810 5101 UA: (+380) 68 710 8425 Accuro © 2026.
