The project has just started, and our vendors have been selected. It is a project running 2026-2028, the first milestone is a go-live planned in Q1 27. Key responsibilities: Orchestrating the project backlog together with the chosen implementation partners Orchestrating the internal delivers that our client is obliged to deliver. Responsible for Time, Scope, Costs and Quality Close collaboration with our two digital HR-team, which have the resources delivering the IT scope Supporting and educating our client’s current two Project Managers assigned. One from business, one from IT. Escalating impediments and managing risks Secure timely allocation from the surrounding organization and business lines Requirements: Candidate must be an experienced pragmatic leader with eyes for details and a structured approach with relevant project management certifications in place. 10+ years of proven Project Management in an SAP context 3+ years of proven Project Management working with payroll projects in an SAP Context Extensive experience working with cross-functional and international teams Extensive experience with stakeholder management and organizational change management.
