SAP Project Manager – Ariba NextGen Implementation – 6+ Months in Copenhagen/Hybrid Application deadline: 21 Aug, 2026 Location: Copenhagen/Hybrid Procurement and Purchasing are aiming to realize key opportunities to further improve processes and organizational maturity by exploiting state-of-the-art technology and AI capabilities. Through increased standardization, compliance, automation, and supplier governance, Procurement can reduce complexity, improve resource allocation, and enable the business to focus more effectively on innovation and strategic priorities. This includes an upgrade of the Strategic Sourcing Suite from Ariba to Ariba NextGen across three key areas: Sourcing, Suppler lifecycle and performance, and contract management. The aim of the project is to deliver a full lifecycle implementation including design, build, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare, and a full business transformation alongside that includes business process redesign, change management, and training. We are looking for an SAP Project Manager to take the following three responsibility areas: Use experience from similar implementations (Ariba and life science ideally) to plan and scope the technical implementation together with SAP and the implementation partner and ensure that technical deliverables are completed on time and quality according to the business goals defined. Drive collaboration and progress across internal and external stakeholders to ensure that milestones are met in accordance to the timelines defined during planning. Be the guardian of defined standards, procedures and protocols to ensure that the implementation is compliant and follows the standards defined. Practical Information Duration: 15-09-2026 to 31-03-2027 with option for extension. Working hours: 3 days a week.
