Operational & Administrative Support
Handle purchase orders (POs), invoices, and service agreements (SAP & PID).
Maintain and update SharePoint sites, team documentation and internal communications.
Support with time registration, vendor onboarding, ticket handling, and general administrative workflows.
Manage meeting rooms, catering, visitor arrangements and event logistics.
People & Process Support
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including intro plans, system access, training and equipment.
Support the organisation with GWO/PPE training, medical bookings and approvals.
Assist with maintaining organisational overviews and internal structures.
Team & Management Support
Provide direct support to Digital Engineering management and their teams.
Coordinate internal meetings, workshops and online events (e.g., All‑Hands, Show & Tell).
Prepare agendas, minutes, action lists and follow-ups.
Experience in administrative, coordination or assistant roles – ideally in a technical or international environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise efficiently.
Comfortable working with digital tools (SharePoint, SAP, MS Teams, Excel, etc.).
Service‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus.
