Background
We are currently in a position where we need to work on specific projects to enhance our short- and long-term outcomes in visitor engagement.
Our team serves the markets hosted on our website with a multilingual platform setup that requires centralized direction. The central SEM team provides this direction on technical and content optimization opportunities with special emphasis in providing a state of art product feed solution, supporting various markets. We need a candidate with desirable experience in this kind of SEM/SEA background
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:
Contribute to the goals for growth and positioning by improving the SEM and Paid social presence and performance in the digital channels, where we are present.
Execute SEM and Paid Social strategy to support the traffic growth to our website, both in quantity and quality, to the desired customer experience and optimal conversion rate levels.
Hands-on work on creating and managing product data feeds for major search engines.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of progressive and diverse experience within a similar SEM and Paid Social role
Demonstrable experience in improving SEM and Paid Social metrics and working with multiple accounts
Demonstrable Google ads automation and product data feed optimization experience
Demonstrable experience in geographical targeting and local search
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
Preferred: Any additional language is a plus
Preferred: Knowledge of big retail, culture, values and way of working
Preferred: Demonstrable experience with using a variety of SEM and Paid Social tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook ads manager and/or data visualization tools

Hands-on experience working with product data feeds
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
