We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our client in the pharma industry
Job Description:
• Drive the OCM activities at the Sites and secure OCM activities are executed with high quality in every implementation in close collaboration with the local project team.
• Carrying out local change communication provided by the change communication team.
• Assist in developing and executing change management plans and training programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and support stakeholder mapping and -analysis.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee readiness.
• Collaborate with project teams to align change management activities with project goals.
• Develop communication materials to effectively convey changes to employees.
• Gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and training programs.
• Provide onboarding support and guidance to employees throughout the change process, not only system-wise but also on the new role’s responsibilities and processes.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and support the site in tracking of benefit realizations.
