Accuro has built up an extensive network database – our CV bank. With more than 2.500 profiles and CVs from skilled SAP and IT consultants, it is the heart of Accuro’s network business. It is from here that we choose our candidates for the project assignments we receive.
We continually strengthen the data base and proactively screen the market for candidates that fulfill Accuro’s competence requirements.
Freelance consultants are also welcome to register their own profiles in Accuro’s CV bank.

In Accuro’s CV bank, every profile is segmented according to competence areas, core competences, work experience and desired projects (full time/part time). Based on our customers’ competence requirements, we can therefore with a high degree of accuracy choose and match our candidates to the relevant projects.
In this way we ensure that the consultants we offer to Accuro’s customers are not only matched to the project tasks, they also have the best consultant profile in relation to the team and the organisation with whom they will be working. This allows us to ensure the highest degree of value experience for everyone.
The CV bank is the pivotal point for Accuro’s consultants
Our associated consultants are Accuro’s most important asset. Therefore – in addition to lucrative remuneration – we also try to make a difference in other ways. For example, all consultants who are registered in Accuro’s CV bank can become part of our professional network. We have established internal LinkedIn groups for freelance SAP and IT experts, and we promote knowledge-sharing at competence development meetings and workshops. The goal, of course, is to reinforce our culture and special spirit with a strong professional community.
